Conference Championships will be decided today. Who are you looking to win today? My choices are as follows

I want the Saints to win a super bowl and this may be the best year for them to do it.

Saints 34
Vikings 31

It doesnt really matter to me in the AFC as the Colts, I just assume not hear about Payton Manning til next year about how much greater he is than anyone else in the world. But dont like Rex Ryan and his wanna be team in N.Y. The Colts will show that the earlier meeting was meaningless and Manning will see to that.

Colts 27
Jets 10

shoulda been gearing up for the steelers vs. colts right now. championship sunday is always my favorite, because if you win you have all the built up anticipatation for the superbowl.

superbowl sunday, win or lose, its all over. there is almost a slight letdown of it all coming to an end (almost like a loss).

i like the colts 24-13. (i do expect the jets to dust off the play ben threw to miller vs the colts early in 05).

i honestly have no idea with the vikings/saints. 30-27 saints

d. revis is applauded for shutting down all the greats this year- a. johnson, t. owens, r. moss, c. johnson.

:scratchchin: ike talor shut down the same guys last year and not a word was mentioned, outside of pgh.

Sucks that the Steelers aren't playing today, but at least I won't be a nervous wreck like I would be if they were playing. Pulling for the Saints to win the whole shooting match.

Maybe, maybe not? A good defense like that can usually keep you in any game.:noidea:

I know the Saints didn't have an easy time with the Jets down in New Orleans earliar in the season. And Sanchez wasn't nearly the player then that he seems to be now.

Yup, now Manning has figured out the Jets vaunted Defense, and he'll pick it apart like a fish filet.

Peterson coughs up the ball (though Favre gets "credited" for the muff :chuckle:) and the Saints recover! :applaudit: What a craaaaazy turn of events, but I aint complainin'.

Adrian got his rep as a fumbler the old fashioned way.

He earned it.

yes, hopefully Favre is not seriously hurt.

If Favre actually is hurt, that ankle will kill his performance, QB's need to throw off that left foot to be acurate.

No act, he was hurting at the time. I've seen Ben, Bradshaw, you name it, I've pretty much seen them all down on the ground writhing after a hit like that.

No he wasn't.

Maybe it was because he came up just high enough on the leg? He got him right on the bottom end of the knee, from the back side of it.

At the very least it was borderline dirty. ( imo) Qb's will get hurt on that sort of hit more often than not, and that's why I thought they were trying to legislate it out. of the game

Maybe my interpretation of the play was wrong? I guess we'll see if it merits any discussion on the talk shows tommorow?

I didn't see the play, I turned away to do something and when I turned back he was injured.
