Good pic Vincent, but I'd give it an 8 not a 10 - no offense! :chuckle: :drink:
Since we're on Polamalu, here's another 10 in my book:

I know it's an oldie, and I know everybody has seen it before, but damn .... that's a beautiful picture. Makes you appreciate sports photography.

Since the Super Bowl is coming up perhaps we should take this pic thread in that direction. This is the guy who in my book gets the first party invite to any SB party I will ever have. :sofunny:

Yes, as soon as he walks through the door you snag his keys, but note the snow on the grown and a TT in both hands and you can't help but love him. :chuckle:

Just a 7, Tony? How disappointing......
And I don't get the reference to Austin Powers when it comes to Troy and photography, but then again I've never seen those movies???
But if you are in same way making fun of Troy then I will seriously have to kick your ass.
You get that, bitch?

yep... just a 7. while i love that pic, the color is slightly off and lends to the pantless look. here is a better example of the juxtoposition of color (and by no means am i anywhere near a professional photographer).

speaking of juxtoposition, i love the symbolic image of the all black, carrion eating raven, roosting on a cross.
this picture could say a 1000 words either way, so i guess this one is worth 2000.

I'm not sure where your picture posted is from but it makes me think, or imagine, what Latrobe would be like to visit and what it offers not only as a football fan but as a fan of beauty and religion and the images both can invoke......
I'm not nearly as intelligent as you are or as educated but I don't recognize that photo. What is it from?
Educate me here - enlighten me .......
Ya bitch! :wink02:

Looking the other way off the bridge is the dirt pile thats left of Evel's ramp.

http://i133.photobucket.com/albums/q71/Tinkas82/statue.jpg
I'm pretty sure that's the statue of Pat Tillman they have erected in Arizona and love the little girl holding the arm and putting her head in his helmet.
Never occured to me before about statues being beyond paying homage to a person, but realized they are a chance to introduce and educate our children with their questions and curiosities.
Beautiful picture of a little girl who now knows who he was.
