PITTSBURGH ─ The Steelers added depth to their offseason roster by signing punter Adam Graessle and wide receiver Brandon London, it was announced today.

Graessle (6-4, 225) was signed by the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted rookie free agent out of the University of Pittsburgh in 2009, but was released prior to training camp. He was then signed to the California Redwoods of the United Football League (UFL) for the 2009 season.

London (6-4, 215) was originally signed by the New York Giants as an undrafted rookie free agent out of Massachusetts in 2007. He spent the 2007 season on the Giantsí practice squad and was released prior to the 2008 season. London was then claimed by the Miami Dolphins on Aug. 31, 2008, and appeared in 14 games (one start) with three catches for 30 yards. He was released by the Dolphins prior to the 2009 season.

Can he kick the ball into the end zone on kickoffs? That's ALL I would have this guy trying all winter.

check this dude out we should tell him to immediatley switch sports unreal big kicking leg and hes 23 and is a hard tackler.

Yeah, but I was hoping he's one of those punters that doubles as the kickoff man, because we could sure use one.

It sounds like Adam Graessle is just an extra leg for the off season and training camp. Although it does make you wonder if they will be attempting to have him practice kickoffs.

That would be the only reason I see bringing him in is to see if he could do a kickoff into the endzone.

Yeah I agree. Have a look at this at 3+min. He kicked another huge kick.

This guy also kicked 3 successful kicks in the World Cup final in 2007 of which all three kicks was 60+ meters. This guy has a rocket launcher of a leg.
