The producers of the show will select which teams will compete on the live trivia show!

"McDonald's Steelers Trivia Challenge" Game Show Participation Rules

KDKA-TV ("Station" or "Sponsor") and McDonald's in partnership with the Pittsburgh Steelers proudly present a Trivia Game Show ("Game Show Program") to air Saturday nights at 11:35PM EDT from July 17, 2010 through Sept. 11, 2010.

Contestants in teams of three (3) will compete/play for prizes and recognition each week in the 3rd annual McDonald's Steelers Trivia Challenge("Contest") hosted by KDKA's Bob Pompeani.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. THE GAME SHOW PROGRAM IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

2. SELECTION ROUND

A. To be considered for a contestant spot on the Game Show Program, log onto KDKA.COM ("Station website"), and go to the contest page. Entrants must correctly answer the three Steelers Trivia Questions on the webpage. One entry per person. Entries must include name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and age. It must also include their two (2) other teammates and a creative team name. Entries must be submitted by 5:00PM EDT April 30, 2010.

B. All entries meeting the criteria set forth in Paragraph 2 A and the rest of their teams will meet with the producers of the programs at KDKA-TV ("Station") for at least one interview. Up to eighteen (18) teams of three (3) contestants will be chosen by Sponsor based on the following criteria:

1. Steelers Knowledge (50%)
2. Presentation (10%)
3. Sense of Humor (20%)
4. Ability to interact quickly under pressure (20%)
The selection of the participating teams by Sponsor is final.


3. CONTEST ROUND
A. Each show will feature three (3) teams of three (3) participants each, answering questions

B. Points will be assigned to each category of questions. Each show will have several rounds of questions featuring different formats, i.e., Open Ended, Multiple Choice, Identifying Pictures and a Speed Round. These categories are subject to change until the taping dates of the programs.

C. During formats where contestants buzz to get the right to answer - points will be awarded for correct answers and subtracted for wrong answers. This will protect the other teams from being 'frozen' so one team can protect a lead.

D. Eighteen (18) teams of three (3) will compete in 'The Regular Season' or first six (6) weeks of shows.

E. The winners of the first six (6) weeks will compete in two (2) Playoff Rounds.

F. The Championship Game will consist of the two winners from 'The Playoff Rounds' plus a "Wild Card" the runner-up with the highest score from 'The Playoff Rounds'.

G. The Grand Prize Winner will be the team with the highest score in The Championship Round which is the final show of the series.

H. Teams must contest any disputed answer before the show is concluded. The disputed question will be arbitrated by a Steelers Trivia Expert who will provide the final judgment, along with the Producer of the Program.

4. GENERAL RULES

A. Sponsor is not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, incomplete, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Contest and conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Contest is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at www.kdka.com. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant
that tampers with the operation of the Contest or website or violates the Official Rules of the Contest.

By use of this website and by entering the Contest, you agree to the Station's Web Site Terms of Use Agreement and to the use of your
personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at:
"KDKA.com".

Entry deemed made by holder of e-mail account. Odds of winning depend
on number of entries. Decisions of contest sponsors with respect to the
contest are final.

B. Broadcasts are subject to preemption and scheduling changes. If such changes occur they will be posted on the KDKA website www.kdka.com.

C. Eligibility Restrictions:

1. The Game Show Program is open to Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland and West Virginia residents who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of McDonald's USA, LLC, The Pittsburgh Steelers, KDKA/WPCW, CBS Corporation, other television and radio stations in the Pittsburgh market, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees and advertising agencies and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are ineligible to participate or win.

2. Viewers are eligible to win a KDKA/WPCW contest only once every sixty days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Game Show Program. Viewers are eligible to win a prize valued at six hundred dollars ($600.00) or more only once every six (6) months.

3. All entry information becomes the sole property of Station and its sponsors and partners and will not be returned. By entering, entrants agree to abide by these rules, and warrant and represent that their entry is their original work.

4. Contestants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and the Station will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13.

5. PRIZES:

A. Every player on a team who appears in a Game Show Program will
receive a $5 McDonald's Arch Card. Every team/player that gets all the
answers correct during the McDonald's Extra Value Round will receive a
$5 McDonald's Arch Card. The team with the highest score at the end of
the championship game will be declared the winner and each team
member of the winning team will receive the following: Two game tickets
to one Steelers home game [particular game to be determined] and a Fifty
Dollar ($50.00) Arch Card from McDonald's.

B. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of KDKA-TV, One Gateway Center, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within forty-five (45) days of winning will be forfeited by the winner. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. KDKA is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

C. Game Show Program prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. Station reserves the right to substitute prize of comparable value.

6. Conditions:
A. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner and winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent from Station.

B. By participating in the Game Show Program, the winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Game Show Program, and to sign a publicity release, affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to acceptance of the prize. By accepting the prize, each winner grants to Station the right to use the winner's name, voice, picture and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). All expenses on receipt and use of prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Winners, by acceptance of their prizes, agree to release McDonald's, USA, LLC, Station, CBS Corporation, their respective parents and subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, and their respective advertising, promotion and production agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity.

7. Game Show Program sponsors reserve the right to make changes in the rules of the Game Show Program which will become effective upon announcement.

8. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prize.

9. Failure to comply with the Game Show Program rules may result in a Game Show Program disqualification.

10. To obtain a copy of the official rules and/or winner's list, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope and write by November 11, 2010 to:
