A picture says a thousand words:

Reeeaaally not a fan of that guy (like most people on this board). The only thing he can catch is a plane out of town. (especially after this weeks signings)

I'd love to see him drop a pass from Matty Ice in our game this coming season.

I'm sick of Matty Ice, most overrated QB in the NFL. They jumped the gun so quick on him.

It would be hard to trade him the way he plays.

^^^exactly. we wasted a 2nd round pick on him and i doubt anyone would trade a 4th for him

At this point I think that we'd be lucky to get a late round draft pick for him. Face it Limas, YOU blew your chance.

hes a disgrace he needs to go. the 2008 draft class will go down as the worse ever.

My lasting memory of Sweed will be during the Super Bowl game when he was watching the Big Screen in the endzone while allowing that pass to fall right through his hands. I'm not sure I've said so many cuss words in all my life...

Who is our Southern US Scout that has sold our draft decision makers on these awesome Texas players.....Hills...and Sweed. I'd look at that person and be trying to find someone to replace him.

I really though coming out of college that he would be a good fit for us, but I really think that i was wayyyyyy wronggggg

I feel bad for Limas. If you all remember, Plaxico dropped plenty of passes in his first couple of seasons as well, but no one ever gave up on him. I was kind of disappointed when I saw that we had signed ARE and Battle, because I wanted the Steelers to give Sweed one more crack at it. This guy could be a great WR, he just needs some confidence...

Better yet dropping passes from Joe Fago.

The picture shows that Sweed can't catch a perpendicular ball.

Wow, i hate to say it, but i dont think you're too far from the truth.

The only guy from that class that has busted out for is Rashard Mendenhall. Dennis Dixon looks promising, but that's based on one game. Ryan Mundy plays mostly special teams, and pretty mediocre at special teams at that, and even worse when he's actually playing safety. Mike Humpal and Bruce Davis never even SUITED UP, not that i blame them, we're stacked at LB. Tony Hills did little more than suit up for a handful of games. And Sweed.....well......:chuckle:

i sure hope that draft doesn't set us back a few years from now

maybe that's why we kicked it up a notch this year :hunch:
