View Full Version : There no end to the crying

another Seattle Site

That didn't take long. So far over 18,000 people have signed the "NFL is Fixed" petition that calls Super Bowl XL "the culmination of the most poorly officiated playoffs ever." And over 3,000 have signed another petition that calls into question four key calls, from the Roethlisberger TD to the Darrell Jackson "pass interference." And if you think petitions don't go far enough, here are a few more ideas.

 cry a river, build a bridge and get over it, Seattle

Let them cry. I really don't care.

I don't care if they cry either. I think their fans are funny, actually...(lol). They kinda remind me of a team's fans who came in here thinking they were the next best thing to sliced bread until their team lost in the first round of the playoffs and now are trying to be our friends. Funny how things work out, isn't it.

Damn it that ashame!

Hey screw the ref talk! We are Super Bowl XL Champions and I have a hat, three pennants and two shirts to prove it!

Same thing happen after the Lakers beat the Queens in the Western Confrence Finals in 2002. Ralph Nader got on the bandwagon and wanted to take it to the capital, I mean real asinine thing considering its just a game and we have people in the state of California who work 2 jobs and still cant make ends meet.

How many times do we have to say Seattle wasn't good enough. They were NFC's best but not NFL's best. If they were NFL's best they would have overcome their penalties and won the game.

Instead they have to sign petitions and other things because they are in complete denial.

They are ruining the game with their unknowledge of the game, and insist that the calls were cheating, even though that was blatant pass interference and holding. Among other things, these people take credibility away from the game and think that the NFL has an agenda.

The whole 'playoffs are stacked' thing is BS, but I do think that the playoffs had the worst officiating in history. If it were only for that, i'd sign it. But this is just another way for the poor losers to vent.

18,000 huh? That's a whole lot of crybabies!

Truith always hurts and Seattle fans know that The Steelers truely are the better team....
World Champions are the one's that make the plays needed to win, under any circumstances.....and that wasnt Seattle.

In this time of media scrutiny I want to thank all steeler fans across the country for there loyal support.I believe my officiating crew performed flawlessly.Congratulations to no.86 of pittsburgh for accepting the SuperBowl mvp honor and no.86 of seattle for NOT crying after a huge defeat that I had no control over.
