I used to ride the Thunderbolt and Jack Rabbit in the early 1970s.

Hey Jack, at least one of the non-Pittsburgh residents on this board knows what the hell that means.

If you're referring to me, it's because I was born and raised there. I live in Iowa now, but I spent most of my life in Pittsburgh.

I grew up in the Burgh and I know exactly what it means. Haven't heard it in a very long time. Still remember the big day when we got our tickets in grade school so we could go.

Still my two favorite rides! A few years back, they removed the tunnel from the Bolt on the first dip and put it on the Rabbit. I liked it much better on the Bolt. Everyone who goes on the Bolt with me knows that they are going to have to ride it at least 4 times in a row and at least a dozen times throughout the day. :chuckle:
