Just worked out to Kiss Alive III. I Love it Loud, Heavens on Fire, Rock and roll all nite, there are some good tunes to get your blood moving. AcDc is some good stuff to.

Yeah, however did you guess :D Ive been a KISS fan all my life, seen them tons of times. That's my favorite song by them too. You know, its surprising, for as long as Ive had this name online, people still ask me where I came up with it. even after they know IM a Steeler fan and a KISS fan ! :rolleyes:

For my cardio, I either ride the stationary bike or jump rope. When it's the former, I read my sports publications (Sporting News and ESPN the Magazine), the latter, I don't do anything but jump rope.

But when I lift, I listen exclusively to 80's metal. NOTHING get's the blood flowing like some killer riff's from heavily distorted guitar.
