Jim Wexell of Steelcityinsider.net reports the Steelers put Andre Frazier on IR and have signed linebacker Brandon Renkart, who was on Cardinals and Colts practice squads last season.



Sorry, that should have read RENKART. Anyways, here's a pre-draft profile on him.

Bottom line is Frazier was not going to make the team. Now he gets to get paid on IR. This new guy ...blah. We already have 9 decent names at LB and really don't need any on the PS. They should have picked a different prospect position to develop. Better yet, they should have just left it alone ...one less cut later.
