FLOWERY BRANCH — Falcons coach Mike Smith issued his first injury report of the season on Wednesday.

Wide receiver Michael Jenkins (shoulder) and offensive lineman Joe Hawley (hip) did not practice.

Cornerback Brent Grimes (hip) and defensive tackle Corey Peters (knee strain) were limited at practice.

Smith said that cornerback Dunta Robinson was ready to go 14 days ago. Smith also stated that he didn’t feel that Robinson needed to play in an exhibition game to get ready for the season.

Quarterback Byron Leftwich (knee) was the only player listed on Pittsburgh’s injury report. He did not participate and will not play on Sunday.

They're in all black... too menancing for me. I'm scared.

lol. The reason I wasn't sacred was because of the red sleeves of these cheerleaders. If they changed the sleeves to black, I would be really scared. No worries though. I doubt the cheerleading coach could pull it off since she has no clout.
