OMG, four games in primetime! That is great. I like the teams they picked for us to play in front of the whole nation. If Ben does well in these games the media will be all on his jock again, if he does poor they will call it a sophomore slump, or question if he is the real deal. These four games are important for him.
I don't like the bye that early in the season.......

wowww real tough schedule

No I`m not complaining, 4:15 works for me. Here in cleveburgh when the brownies play at 1:00 the Steelers are never shown at 1:00, but with the Steelers at 4:15, coming off a 15-1 season they will be on alot. I love going to the bar, with our Steelers fan club , but its nice to stay home once in awhile too.

Im still looking at this schedule and cant believe how doable this really is.. w/ the exception of the monday nighters on the road in indy & SD..all the rest are definately winnable games, so we'll see. And we always play well on monday nite, so this could be REAL interesting !!

Oh yeah, gotta love it!!! It may be a tough schedule, but we're a tough team. We can handle it.:wantsome:
The Steelers will play three times on Monday as part of a schedule that has them on national television seven times. In addition to three Monday nights, the Steelers also have one Sunday night game, and three other Sunday games that will be televised nationally as the 4:15 p.m. half of a CBS doubleheader.

I think our schedule is more deceptively tough this year. There's alot of teams on there that COULD be tough, or could follow suit in past years.. so its gonna be interesting..

I am loving this schedule. One Jerome loves Primetime. If it is his last year, it will be a media divergence away from what ever Ben is doing(and if we get Jones at #30). B)Pats are early and before the bye. Can be good in so many ways, win and come back to earth, or regroup(yeah right). Last, I was worried about traveling and stuff. It may tie into the 4:15 starts, but the NFL really tries to help teams that are coming back(west to east) from road games or that played in the primetime games on Sun/Mon. I wish I knew where I read this, but it was out there. One is coming back from a HOU game gainst NE, then two coming off primetime games. So basically we get as much rest as they could give us. Watch out for the letdown against JAX coming back from SD though. Overall I'd say the over/under is 12 for us.
