protect that ball, put us in position to score, keep momentum on our side and don't let the crowd get into the game and we have a good chance. Our history shows we suck in tennessee, no matter who the QB is, so maybe Double D has a chance to change that. whattya think?

protect the football. let the defense do their thing and if there's no turnovers, I like our chances.

mendenhall could have a big game, and if he does, DD doesn't have to do much. Titans D looked soft against the run vs Oakland.

It'd be a cool start if he drove us into the red zone.

Titans line is playing mean and fast. If BA was smart (we all know he is not), he would roll DD out of the pocket more. Use for play action fake, and screens.
We are gonna find out what our offensive line is made of this weekend.

They might of played oakland soft because it's oakland. you better believe they will be amped up more this week to take on the steelers at home. this will be much tougher than last week's game, and we barely squeaked by that one. DD needs to take some chances, throw it deep to where our receivers can run under it. I don't think he will run with the ball b/c they are still hesitant on having only one healthy QB at backup, who has a history of breaking like glass when hit.

One good thing came out of last weeks game was that we can certainly move the ball with Double D in there. It's completing drives that's the problem. He needs to hit the throws professionals are asked to hit, and sometimes the most easy ones are the most difficult. Hopefully he can relax himself to stop that mental block and put the ball where it's needed rather than hurting our teams overall chances. If he can do that then we can certainly score more than 15 points if our defense plays the way they did last week, which is nightmarish.
