Silverback or Troy but really the whole D gave ridiculous heart and effort out there today

Our Offense should have to give their pay checks to the D

dude is money. i knew he'd be an instant contributor but he's on pace for a pro bowl season.

his stats are listed as 2 tackles today though. timmons led the way with 15

He only had 2 tackles, were'd you get 15 from?

i gotta give it to troy so he can give it to his new little boy.

the int in the 1st was a huge momentum changer. he was all over CJ.

his sack in the 4th was unbeleiveable like when he sacked flacco, jumping the line.

troy matters. he is the straw that stirs the drink.

just like last year, he is on pace to break the nfl record for int's in a season.

HAHAHAHAHHAAH, they made a mistake on the telecast. They had him with 15 tackles but it was Timmons stats, sorry, my bad.....

Troy, that pick in the endzone was huge.

That was the play of the game, and the reason Vince Young's confidence abandoned him.

You can have Darelle Reavis, a healthy troy Polamalu is the best defensive player in the game.

How do you NOT give it to the entire, BIG NASTY D?!?!? Stingiest defense yet. I go whole defense, giving it to only one would be sin.

Extra credit to Woodley, Timmons and Harrison for suplexing Mr.Overrated Vince Young on his neck. The Steel Curtain has returned.

I couldn't believe they didn't draw a flag on that one. :sofunny: I'm sure a fine is forthcoming, but i doubt Harrison will care.

But still I think Troy got into Young's head on the interception.

they're all kida butt hurt over it on the titans board ... *caution* binky zone :binky:

Honest question - are you allowed to pick the QB up, invert him and drive his neck to the ground? I'm sure if that happened to Brady there would be a flag (unnecessary roughness?)

From the sound of the cheering, it looks like a lot of fans wish they were sucessful at breaking his neck. :toofunny:

These refs and their families need to die...yes I'm that pissed at their incompetence.

19-3....

12 POINTS OFF 7 TURNOVERS

7 OFF A BULLSHIT TRICK PLAY WITH AT LEAST TWO HOLDS I SAW

WE BASICALLY GOT BITCH SLAPPED!!!!

The simple answer is NO. Unless you are the steelers going up against VY. Then its okay. Oh and you can hold all day long too. Thats fine.

You have to know that when you play the Steelers, you will play against the refs too. Same with the Pats and Colts.

this play along with a few others one being where they tried to break cjs neck should have all been big penaltys

as good as they were they should be all almost fined and suspended for the dirty play there is no place for that crap in football and if i was a coach i would bench any player i seen doing it period no matter how good they were

I said at the time that if it had been Brady or Manning that would have been a flag, right call or not.

Yeah, if I didn't want to watch the Jets/Pats game and the Giants/Colts game, then that's what I'd be doing too. Most likely I will spend a great deal of time digging through a bunch tonight and tomorrow though!

The Cheaters board should be absolutely classic.

2 games in a row, I'm going with Timmons. Although holding Chris Johnson to under 50 yards wasn't a single-handed effort, Timmons was pivotal. He was shadowing Johnson all game. The play to keep Johnson out of the end zone made me wet my pants.

Timmons is a beast.

Honorable Mention to Harrison and Timmons

I'm going with Timmons. He's had 2 fantastic games and appears to be ready to become our next great LB'er. He shadowed CJ all day and frustrated him completely. He stalked him on 1 little swing play and made a great tackle when I thought for sure he would get the corner.

Still, I'll go with Silverback.

Timmons sealed the deal when it came to the 2000 yard man.......Harrison had some huge hits on him too though..........But I think our D played as a total championship level team..........Everyone was doing their job and doing it well.....Smitty and Kiesel and Hokey were doing very well too.......

Timmons and Harrison...I loved when CJ ran into Timmons like he was a brick wall. Even Titans fans gasped at how hard that hit was.

That is just because Timmons has the explosiveness to find even the fastest players and position himself for a solid tackle. We will see more of this guy for many years to come.
