After the Steelers defeated the Colts in the 1995 AFC Championship game, 20-16, linebacker Greg Lloyd was heavily scrutinized for what stunt he pulled after the game ended in the locker room celebration?

StainlessStill

stb_steeler
09-30-2010, 10:22 PM
haha nice to see you were paying attention, tell me the 1st?

StainlessStill
09-30-2010, 10:25 PM
Well, his first tenure was when Capers left in '94 and in '97 he took the Cincy job so '94-'96? Then we resigned him in '04-present after that Tim Lewis abortion.

stb_steeler
09-30-2010, 10:25 PM
Which tenure? His first or second time?

His coaching past includes the Philadelphia Eagles, Green Bay Packers, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Cincinnati Bengals twice. LaBeau needed a job and Buffalo gave it to him.and I don't see him creating a major impact on this franchise in the near future. (Quote from Buffalo Bills)

StainlessStill
09-30-2010, 10:47 PM
I think Bruener may have caught the TD, and Yancy got the 2 point. I remember Yancy making a helluva tip-toe, Santonio-like catch along the sideline as well in that game, full extension.

StainlessStill

Jason Gildon

yea.
He's actually the all time leader ever, out of unofficial sacks from the 70's, no one on the team had over 77.

StainlessStill
10-01-2010, 12:21 AM
Interesting. Gildon tapered off during his last years here and was pushed out of the starting role and used that wide-loop rush to no avail but he certainly had his day as a Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker.

Who recovered the Steelers onside kick in Super Bowl XXX?
