They started at their own 40. It wasn't a 60 yard drive.

Just be thankful we're 3-1 going into the bye and not 1-3 K?

Why should we be thankful?

We just lost a game that exhibited the same pattern that made us spectators in the post-season last year, and nobody should be happy about it at all.

Fine don't be thankful. I don't give a shit.

Be pissed that we didn't go undefeated w/o Ben. I'll be glad we're not 1-3 like a normal fan.

:wtf:

Batch played alright. On Reed's second missed FG Charlie had ARE wide open for the first down. With the wind to their faces at the open end of Heinz Field wouldn't better field position be THE most obvious choice rather than a gut shot at the endzone?

I'm pleased with the 3-1 record, but to use that as a shield for criticism of today's debacle is wrong.

We choked a lead away in 40 seconds due to penalties and a defensive meltdown and we have no excuses for it this time, Troy was there, Aaron Smith was there, no excuses.

Our kicker has fallen off of the face of the earth and cannot make an important kick to save his life.

There are legitimate concerns to be had.

They started on the Steelers 40. That would equal a 40yd drive, not 60.

It's gonna be a long bye week around here. WTF is the point of this thread anyway?

I know, I know...and I'm pissed too, but the D isn't going to win every game for you. I'm just happy that we're not in a deep hole when Ben comes back. I knew this was going to be a tough game going into it...so I was prepared for a loss.

There isn't one. I'm closing it since it's incorrect anyway.

Pretty hard to put this on Reed.
