Might turn out to be a nice signing for them...if he can survive outside of the Tampa defensive scheme. We all know what happened with him in Arizona.

It's also being reported that the Bengals are in the running for LaVar Arrington.

I hope the Bengals dont try for a short cut by bringing Arrington in - the guy doesnt appear to be able to learn defensive schemes or at least have the discipline needed to stick to them.
Of course im probably in a minority on this board in that sense :sofunny:

I can't say that I really want Lavar Arrington either...but I wouldn't mind at all if they signed him. Say that a linebacking corps consisting of Lavar Arrington and Odell Thurman wouldn't be sick on paper.

Rumors are that Cincinnati is #1 on the lists of both Lavar Arrington and Sam Adams. It is conceivable that both Lavar Arrington and Sam Adams could end up as Bengals. If that happens...I will be a very happy man. Grady Jackson is also another DT target of the Bengals.

Grady Jackson would be a nice pick up for the Bengals - be a huge help in stopping the run.
LaVar has always looked nice on paper.
