PITTSBURGH -- Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (http://www.nfl.com/players/benroethlisberger/profile?id=ROE750381) received a loud ovation while being introduced minutes before the opening kickoff in Sunday's home game against the Cleveland Browns (http://www.nfl.com/teams/clevelandbrowns/profile?team=CLE).

Roethlisberger flashed a No. 1 gesture with his left index finger as numerous fans at Heinz Field stood and cheered. He was suspended for the first four games of the season for violating the NFL's personal-conduct policy.
The Steelers more often introduce their starting defense before a home game, but they chose to announce the offensive starters so the crowd could recognize Roethlisberger's return. He received by far the loudest cheers for any starter.
Heinz Field has few areas where banners can be hung, but several of the few that were displayed referred to Roethlisberger. One large sign read: "Ben's Back, Stay Focused."
