Ronnie Brown to the Dolphins.. Im surprised they didnt take Edwards. I mean wow, he was right there. I know they needed a RB, but this draft is so deep at RB, they could have taken one in the 3rd round and still had him start.

Browns will take Edwards, I can feel it, I hate to say it but it will be a good pick, but Dilfer at qb, maybe a wasted pick for now??

Yeah they took him.. its a good pick, but unless you have a huge tip on a later QB, why not take a franchise guy to toss the ball when he's sitting right in their lap !!!!! :busted:

Thats what I was thinking also, I think Edwards is awesome, but if I`m building a new team and Dilfer is all I have, give me a qb. Because you know Romeo can`t wait to draft a D player.

I will say one thing, Romeo whenever interviewed really seems like a class act. I still want him to lose, but props to him

I'm surprised Aaron Rodgers hasnt been taken yet. (Just Finished 8th round) I kind of thought he would have been gone by now. But it's still early.

Pick 15, no Rogers yet. I`m surprised Dallas didn`t gobble him up. He is a great QB but only a few teams really need a qb, Dallas, Washington, Cleveland, Ariz, Tampa??, And some of them have already drafted.

Exactly. I would have taken him if I were them.

Rogers couldn`t fall to the browns in the second round, could he???

We are now at the 25th pick. Raiders didn`t take him.

Yep. He should be a nice addition. Always good to add a weapon to Big Ben's arsenal. :)

I had other players in mind, but now that Heath is a Steeler, I`m a huge fan. The Big Money nickname needs to go, it didn`t work for Gerrard Warren.

Logan Mankins, The Big Nasty????? Good pick? What do you think?? Who did you want??

hardwork
04-23-2005, 05:56 PM
Right, Logan Mankins. He's exactly what Belichick likes on the OL. Smart, hardworking, blue collar, nasty, that sort of thing.

I kinda wanted Ruud to be honest with you.

How do you like your pick?

I know it's a bit early, but who are you all thinking for round 2 or what position for round 2? Any predictions?

I like our picks so far, only time will tell. I`m one of the guys wwho would have drafted Ryan Leaf first overall, so what do I know?
I think we will take McFadden CB from Florida state in the 2nd just a guess
