this thread is dedicated to the most feared linebacker in all of football, James Harrison. :tt03: haters can **** off.. they won't admit it, but they'd take Harrison on their team in a heartbeat.

I love to watch James play. I love the fact that I think he strikes fear into opponents.
But come on James. Get your butt back to practice and play football. I know you're mad they took $75k and are saying your hit was illegal when it wasn't. But, what else are you gonna do to make $51mm in the next few years. All this talking about retirement and saying you like to hurt people isn't going to help you draw your next holding call. Be smart, shut the mouth, don't talk to the media, and go keep being the badass you are on the football field.
You wanna stick it to the NFL. Go win a Superbowl playing hardnosed Steeler football. That'll get em.

Fugg the media, fugg the tender players who whine about H2H contact (alot of it is unavoidable), and a VERY SPECIAL FUGG U goes out to the Commish. God bless this thread and the SIR Silverback!!

Did he lead with his head in any of those hits?

Don Banks of SI.com certainly appreciates what Harrison brings based on this ranking of mid-season award candidates

Defensive Player of the Year
1. James Harrison, LB, Steelers -- Picking which Steelers defender to put at the top of this category is almost comically hard. Safety Troy Polamalu's impact and presence doesn't even begin to show up entirely on the stat sheet, and there's also a case to be made for outside linebacker Lawrence Timmons. Despite this week's developments regarding his finable hit on Browns receiver Mohamed Massaquoi, Harrison is the player who personifies a Pittsburgh defense that is dominant once again. His 4 sacks, four fumbles forced, and bone-jarring tackles have helped the Steelers to a 4-1, first-place getaway in the AFC North.

Glad to see some members of the media have not lost all perspective

Timmons plays sideline-to-sideline so well that this guy thinks he is an outside LB. ha.
