the sad part is, now that the scam is uncovred , not a thing will be done to recover the funds or bring anybody to justice.
the only difference between bigger and smaller government , is instead of just a couple people stealing dozens of cookies each out of the cookie jar , you have dozens of people stealing a couple of cookies each out of the cookie jar.
