3. Luis Castillo taken

Clarrett by far.. but also, the lions taking yet ANOTHER WR in the 1st round. they're gonna be in cap hell forever!

As for the Lions, who else do they have to pay? They can afford four stars(3 WR's/ 1RB). I'd have to say taking a kicker before other needs. I don't care look at us we took Reed out of a High School teaching job. You tell me Nugent wins more games or has a bigger impact than Justin Miller. Look at Janokowski also. Has he really warranted that high of a pick?

Man Nugent is the shit, this kid can bomb `em

Well Clarrett still looks like the worst of the draft, but I may eat my words one of these days

Detroit Lions have one of the best cap money situations in the NFL

Yes but thier money needs spread around, not all on wr. What does your dad think of the Lions 1st pick?? He would know best. i`m curious to hear what a Lions fan wanted

my dad says its ok cuz rogers injury situation and the lions are gonna start mike williams and roy williams and rogers will be the slot. they are gonna have an excellent offense

they have a very good run game with kevin jones and then pollard at TE

then they got 3 WR that will have way better size advantages all above 6 foot

u guys are forgetting shaun cody in the 2nd round and stanley wilson CB who was considered to be a 2nd round pick

Mike Williams taken by the Lions. With so much need at other positions.

Clarett will be an NFL bust like Brian Bosworth...Just not as high of a pick.

In Denver's system I think Clarett will be better than most think. One issue for him is that they have a crowded backfield so that could limit his minutes.

Mike Williams didn't make sense there but knowing how much of a problem that Charles Rogers has had staying healthy I understood the selection. This team is loaded on offense for Mooch and company.

I think GB got the steal of the first round in getting Rodgers, who many felt that he would be a top 10-15 pick. Now they can just let him sit for a few and learn from Farve.

I agree, except for the DeMarcus Ware pick, Bill Parcells said he "reminded him of Lawrence Taylor," so I think its worth a top 15 pick to reach on someone that can be that good. Derrick Johnson, missed a few tackles last year and doesn't fit the 3-4 style and is a bit small, remember Bill's motto is, "bigger is better."

I agree I think Washington should have taken Rodgers with the 9th pick instead of Carlos Rogers. He would have made a bigger impact right away.

I still say Matt Jones was a reach w/ the Jags at thier pick. They may have needed a WR, but the draft was so deep, and Jones will be a bit of a project. This pick could be a boom for them or a bust!

Matt Jones was a good pick I thought, we where thinking about taking him at 17.

David Pollack dumbest pick of the draft....he's too small for the line and too slow for linebacker plus hes got real small arms : ) best pick skins getting Carlos Rodgers
