Nick Eatman, of DallasCowboys.com, reports the release of OL Larry Allen saves the Dallas Cowboys a total of about $3.55 million on the salary cap. It also frees them from paying a $2 million roster bonus due to Allen April 1.

No. He 's strong, but he's old and fat...I'm happy with what we have, and Allen will want a fat payday.

Let someone like the Cards overpay...or, hey, don't squaks need a guard?

You forgot the disclaimer that he wouldn't look good in Black-n-Gold.

hell i'd even throw in a bonus or incentive clause if he had to play 65%+ of snaps.

somewhere dan snyder's palms are itching

and i bet somewhere s. pioli is wondering if they can get a bohemoth for the price of a kicker.

seattle seems like a logical place though.

Allen owns a home 20 minutes from the Raiders training complex he would be a good fit there...
