Try to keep most of your post game thoughts here.

Also, who gets your gameball tonight?

I'm going to have to go with Harrison. He had a real good game and saved it there at the end.

Refs almost gave themselves the gameball tonight lol.

i gotta say Mendy. he accounted for a huge chunk of our offense especially when we needed him.

please guys.....PLEASEEEEEE dont tell me we need to keep Jeff Reed next year. The guy is asking for top money and doesnt get the job done.

As far as the gameball....I think I will give it to Timmons

Our OFFENSE has got to start playing at a higher calibre, and NOT just depending on our #1 NFL Steelers-DEFENSE !!!, to do it all the time,
or we won't finsh the LAST DANCE !
And that falls on the backs of Tomlin, BA, and our O-Line, and in that order.

I give the game ball to the O-line. With as many injuries as they've sustained tonight, we proved that the O-line has some depth, and can get the job done. Ben was only sacked what, once? And that was his own fault.

Props to Legursky, Pouncey, and the rest of the meatloafs.

Bengals kicker.. He makes those 2 kicks it would have been 27-27 and the bengals would have just had to kick a field goal to win it.

Let's hope not. There are some decent kickers coming out of the college ranks next year. :tt03:

Wow, I thought they were going to play a much better game then this tonight after last weeks crap

I mean we're just a really sloppy team in critical situations

whether its

-missing a clutch kick
-Stalling in the redzone
-Momentum swinging Ints and fumbles
-Can't pound out big short yardage plays
-Giving up 3rd and longs

And whats most frustrating for me is that I get the sense that they think "its just bad luck" and it'll all work out because they're the Steelers......

The offense sucks. This team is not going to go deep with such a weak and inconsistent offense. I can give credit to them for cashing in on some very short fields but other that, it was a rather woeful display most of the night.

Lets not forget Steelers were up with a big lead in the 4th, game ended 27-21. Who gave up the points?

Lets not forget Steelers were up 27-7 in the 4th, game ended 27-21. Who gave up the points?

the refs

PIT-33-I.Redman was injured during the play. PENALTY on PIT-71-F.Adams, Unsportsmanlike Conduct, 15 yards, enforced at CIN 49.

# 1-10-PIT 36 (10:06) 9-C.Palmer pass incomplete short left to 85-C.Ochocinco (56-L.Woodley). PENALTY on PIT-98-C.Hampton, Roughing the Passer, 15 yards, enforced at PIT 36 - No Play.
# 1-10-PIT 21 (10:00) 9-C.Palmer pass incomplete deep left to 81-T.Owens. PENALTY on PIT-24-I.Taylor, Defensive Pass Interference, 20 yards, enforced at PIT 21 - No Play.
# 1-1-PIT 1 (9:55) 32-C.Benson right guard to PIT 1 for no gain (51-J.Farrior).
# 2-1-PIT 1 (9:21) 32-C.Benson right guard for 1 yard, TOUCHDOWN.

i know our D is good but the refs pretty much gifted them first and goal at the 1, especially since the last 2 were horseshit calls

Let's not forget that the offense failed to sustain any drives of notable length and that they failed to put points up on the board to put them away. I think Ben had like 25 yards throwing in the second half. Thank God for the offense sakes that they had great gifts in field position.

Gameball goes to Mendenhall, hands down. Without his burst, explosiveness, and his ability to make 3,4 guys miss, then our offense looks anemic all night. Mendenhall ran his a$$ off tonight.
