...who are members of this board, or even guests who are visiting.

to willingly sacrifice oneself for the greater good of the whole is the noblest of causes.

to set personal gain aside, and elevate the needs of others is to be closer to God.

thanks to all who have kicked ass when called to duty, and have been willing to, whenever the need arises. :tt03:

I was the watching the WWII in HD last night - the Air War

26,000 airmen lost their lives bombing Germany....more than all the Marines lost in WWII.

Salute

i was lucky enough to take a cruise in a b-25 several years back. it was one of the most awesome things ive ever done.

with a max speed of 300mph and a ceiling of 25,000', we took a nice cruise of about 200 mph, at a low 1000' altitude.

.

god bless tha army, navy, air force, marines, coast guard, and reserves, and all the special men and women who make our military so great.

at the time during korea, my grandfather was the youngest man to make the ranks of chief in the air force. for my birthday this year he gave me his fancy banquet attire/suit/uniform that he has kept all these years.

truly a special gift.
