who would you pick? Forget where we draft, just tell us who if given the chance you would draft for the Steelers, and why?

Reggie Bush. The thought of Bush and Parker in the same backfield just brings chills to my spine. That dude is probably one of the most athletic players in the draft. Also, Bush can return punts or kickoffs.

I would go with Michael Huff if it was from a Patriots perspective.

A.J. Hawk, You know he'd be a monster, and just the idea of a Steelers Jersey with Hawk on the back. Great...

lendale white, he's made for this system, bush and willie would not go good together at all, bush is 98347190238571092384712938740129740928374981279847 12309845208374980123749812739847231749123749081237 984721389 times better then willie but that still won't be good. and white don't need no one to help him out to get over 1000 yard season, white will move the ball just about every time he touches unlike willie where it's hit back 5 times in a row then breaks a long one to make it look like he's being productive all the time

What on earth are you talking about? Yes darn, you have to hate breaking long runs...you know to "look" productive....remember how everyone bad mouthed Barry Sanders for doing that...oh wait...they didn't because yards are yards. Is Parker a 25 carry a game back?? Likely not, but to discount his priductivity is completely riduclous.

As for Lendale White...absolutely the most overhyped player in the draft. Every board i see they treat this guy like some sort of 2500 yard a year back. Will be a good pro? Probably. But the hype on him by fans is puzzling.

I have to with Mario Williams out of NC State. Great player and would fit our scheme pretty well.

he still doesn't need someone to help him carry the ball like willie, i like willie don't get your panies all tied up in a bunch cause i ain't bias about every player that puts on black and gold. but i'd rather have someone that can carry the load on the regular and get postive yards on the reg, then worry about willie dancing in the back and then falling.

There is nothing overrated about White. He is a bruising back that could have had that amount ( 2500 yeards at USC ) if he had gotten the ball every down and had his carries not taken by Bush. He has size, speed, and moves well and he can catch the ball out of the backfield. there are some other good RB's in the draft and to say who is better is of course always debatable. White just happens to fit our team's style that we play and could be very produtcive in it. If he goes somewhere where he has a decent line and commits to the run where he will get the ball 25 times a game.. i can easily see him produce 1500 1600 yards year in and out.
