The next biggest demographics for the NFL to go after is the Latino market. This market is growing bigger and in States like California latinos make up 40% of the population.

The NFL was successful in bringing women fans into the game. The Latino market may be a more challenging because Latinos are big soccer fans. Yet, Football is gaining popularity, especially with teams like the Jets and the Steelers.

Southern California star and Jets QB, Mark Sanchez, can do what Tom Flores could not. Sanchez can start to energize the latino base and bring Latinos to the NFL. If Sanchez can make more dramatic comebacks like today's, then you will see more excitement in the Latino community.

The only thing wrong with this picture is why Goodell is targeting the Steelers negatively.
The Steelers have a great following in the Latino community. Surpassing even the Raiders. The Raiders are more of a gang symbol than a favorite team.

I'm curious as to why Goodell is singling out the Steelers and their agressive still of defense. Unless of course Goodell wants to introduce yellow cards and red cards. and put a dress on Harrison.

Considering that he's doing his best to alienate the demographic of longtime football fans I guess he needs to do something to sell the NFL brand. Who better than an entire demographic that knows absolutely nothing about football.

Way to go Roger.....keep up the good work
