I don't know where to find who was activated today, but I liked seeing sanders inserted more and brown out there as well. I thought i saw randle el fair catch a punt so i guess he was still activated but didn't start?? But then I thought I heard battle's name called on a special teams play. I also liked seeing guys getting pt in the garbage period, as well as redman getting his first td. Worilds I believe had his first nfl sack too, that's always special.

Offensive line.... so mix and matched all day, but I thought it started out w/ essex not in there. I like that move. The guy is such a wretched fat **** I can't stand watching him get beat over and over again. Glad they at least tried to make an adjustment. Did not like seeing kemoeatu scott and pouncey leaving the game. We need to get healthy up front if we are going to have a shot later on in the season.

Spaeth had a catch or two? wtf! now that's really spreading the ball around.

Suisham was ok, glad he got a game to warm up and not have any pressure on him right away. hopefully he continues to just do kick off's and extra points.

heinz field turf is HORRIBLE

special teams was great today, minus the penalties which were ticky tacky. Coverage was good, I think they only had one or two decent returns all day, with ample opportunities.

i wish the ref's would return to the background, where one or two bad calls a week would make the headlines, instead of one or two (or in this game like 10) A GAME in each game. What is going on in the league these days? Putting too much profile on calls being made correctly it's got the ref's completely scared and either not throwing the flag afraid of making a bad call or compensating and throwing the flag too often as to adhere to the new league mandate. Let them go back to being officials and not henchmen for NFL policy. This is getting really bad. If the ref's called todays game in the superbowl it would be a travesty, there would be outrage from all over the nfl. but todays game will be swept under the rug, seymour will get anger management class and a 10k fine. harrison and woodley will get 50 k fines and ryan clark suspended for leaving his feet.

i wish someone on the team would take a shot at the refs by being very coy and mocking, saying they thought they called a great game. you know, jab at em but protect yourself by not saying anything bad against them.

how about farrior's performance today? i admit i was calling for him to be sat last year, thought he was too old...but this guy showed something today. all year he has been pretty terrific. He is always around the ball and stops the run as good as anyone. he's stepped up in smith and keisel's absence. not the greatest in coverage, but i think they have been putting harrison back more instead of farrior, and he's responded by having a cpl sacks and getting to the QB. good for him

yeah, a lot of game balls to go around today, but Farrior was probably game MVP with Wallace and Harrison close seconds.

Just curious... do you guys think Redman should get a few more carries per game? He generally seems to make the most out of the time he has on the field. Just curious. I think he's a pretty good back-up RB and if given a few more carries our running game could see some improvement.

I would prefer too see Redman every third series instead of Moore.

I liked what they were doing with redman at the beginning of the year. It seemed like mendy would get a run or two and then redman came in and picked up the first down. I want to see more of him, the kid has a motor and rarely ever gets caught behind the LOS. He's not a homerun threat but he has decent speed for a power runner, but it's his elusiveness that I like. Moore at this point just needs to catch balls out of the back field on third down.. He had one good grab today on a slant. He doesn't need to be taking handoff's IMO
