the first day it's open to the public is usually like the 2nd or 3rd of August and runs for about 3 weeks. there is an area set up for fans to stand that the guys stop to sign stuff. it's pretty crazy but if you're patient it's pretty cool

While I get autographs through other means and not at training camp, I'm not exactly sure. But from what I have witnesed over the years at camp, it seems fairly easy to get autographs.

While this article is from last years training camp it gives you some basic information on autographs...

"The best time to obtain autographs from the players is after practice and it's at the players discretion as to whether or not they sign on a particular day. There are areas designated for fans to stand to obtain the autographs. There is no formal setting for player autographs on a daily basis. There also will be an opportunity to obtain autographs before practice on August 10 at the practice at high school fields."

Steelcorner and Reign fans will be there the first weekend. Including me. I go every year, it's a blast!

Everyone will be waiting at the bottom of the hill, by the traffic gate, when the officer gives the okay that camp is open. Run with everyone else and get on the rope, where the players cross over to camp. This is the best place to be.

guys I don't know what to do...I got offered a job at training camp (in the Steelers experience part). so obviously I'm really excited and it would be an amazing opportunity (and look great on the resume!) but I would have to drive an hour and a half there and back...three hours in the car every day. ahh I don't know what to do! :hunch:

You have NO choice but to take it. Then when I spin the wheel and land on free sticker, you can act as if I landed on free hat! LOL, I`m serious! LOL

haha thanks for the input guys...Cleve if I do it I'll definitely make sure you get a good prize on the wheel haha
as far as staying with a friend, I actually do have a friend that lives in Latrobe. she lives with her parents and I don't want to be like umm hi, I"m staying with you for 3 weeks lol so maybe if I can stay with them for like 3 or 4 days then that'd be a few less days I'd have to drive there. now I just have to convince my mom that it's worth it (she doesn't seem to think so)

Rep points for the good prize!

I know during the womens training camp they offer the ladies a really cheap price on a dorm. Maybe hired help also get great rates?
