These websites have headlined that the Steelers got a first yard on a 9 yard play. I don't understand why they are making such a big deal over it, but yet there is no mention of the pass interference of Sanders that potentially could've won us the game.

the refs miss holding and pass interferance calls in every game but giving a runner a 1st down when he only ran 9 yards on 1st and 10 is a little different. if they did that to the jets we would be hearing about it for the next 5 years on this board. with that said, that extra yard gave Mendy 100 yards so im glad

Yeah they got away with a couple of very favorable spots in the game. In the end, the crappy officiating all evens out at some point. The refs giveth and the refs taketh away.
