(Cough cough) Um...errrr...and where are all the guys who wanted to pick this fruitloop up now?

I can guarantee you not one single person in the Steelers front office ever spent more than one single second thinking about Williams as a Steeler.

Not a huge surprise there. Been waiting for it to happen.

I'm not surprised either but I was kinda hoping he wouldn't get suspended. No matter waht is wrong with him in the head he's still a good RB. To bad he can't figure it out, no matter what he was taking to get the suspension he set himself up to get the suspension.

I think the Steelers learned their lesson on Bam Morris

Amen. These guys are addicts, and they learn to adapt and manipulate to get what they need. The Steelers seem to know this, and just cut these guys loose.

Master manipulators will try turn ANY situation to their own advantage, regardless of how damning the evidence against them may be...it's sad to see how many people fall for this crap.

whats funny is all his accomplishments were done when he was recreationally using pot. ncaa rushing record. 1800+ yds with the dolphins. and yet l. little still plays for the rams.

good thing the nfl doesnt do alchohol testing.

ill be the last to place the crown of thorns on rickeys head.

(not to exonerate rickeys stupid mistakes. for all we know the "herb" detected was just a masking agent)

Good Riddance to this bum, kick him out permanently. We dont need guys like him in the league. The fact these guys are able to be around after so many screwups is beyond me. You get one screwup, thats it. Then you should get the boot.

well now ronnie brown will have his time to shine all on his own, i seriously doubt ricky cares that he is being suspended, he was forced to come back out of retirement, so he'll enjoy a year off even though he'll say the politically correct stuff

:sofunny: Too bad we didn't snag him before the suspension. Nothing like having two well paid running backs modeling sideline gear.

What a dumb ass! Ricky is just happy that he doesnt have to pay back the signing bonus, he probably had this all planned

Exactly,I agree.

He didn't WANT to come back,he was forced to because he didn't have the money to pay back the Dolphins. This just gets him out of playing.

Good luck Ronnie.I hope he does great and puts Ricky out of the Dolphins' heads.

They won't reinstate Onterrio Smith but they keep letting this drug loving jerk play. Makes no sense.

It's all about money.Smith sucks,he would make the league no money.

Ricky,if he can get back to his pre-retirement form, would make the league a ton of money from merchandise sales.Even if he doesn't get back to that form,he's better than most starting backs in the league and will drive up merchandise sales.

What a dumbass...if you like pot that much, play football as long as you can, get insanely rich, and smoke all the wacky weed you want after you retire.

In Ricky's defense, we still don't know if it was Marijuana or not.

The Dolphins should just cut their losses w/this guy and move on. In fact, the entire league should.
