Mendy. He led the domination that defined the first half.

Mendy

You have to give credit to Arians for a great game plan. Of course the haters will blame him for ike falling down, ben's 2 ints, and the fumble for a safety.

Mendenhall no doubt about it. Yeah he slowed down in the second half but that first half was just everything you want out of your running back.

I say Mendy... his running was awesome tonight!

For the second week in a row - William Gay. He just shuts em down week after week.
Mendenhall gets one too.

And Mendy isn't a big time back? Shouldn't be anymore doubts (not that I think they were deserved in the first place) about Mendy, now... I hope. :tt03:

I will admit, the first half was great, but the second half could have lost it for us, he was WAY too conservative and thus predictable with his play calling.

Ben's 1st INT was a deflection off of Mendenhall (I still think a separate INT stat should be kept that tracks tipped balls like that where the WR is more responsible for it than the QB), and his second INT was basically a punt (and a turn over better than Kapinos could deliver with an actual punt) on a broken play.

The safety was because of Legursky being nervous because he's not our Pro Bowl starting Center.

But 0 production in the 2nd half except the final drive to seal the deal with first downs is all because Arians essentially decided to run-run-run-punt and sit on the lead.

Game ball definitely goes to Mendy, I lost track of how many negative plays he turned into a significant gains because the Jets were in our backfield before he even got the ball.

Brown comes close, what with what was basically his second consecutive game winning catch. He also had that excellent kick return to set up that clock killing drive.

Mendenhall played well but I think I'm going to give it to Antonio Brown. This is the second time in 2 weeks that without his clutch hands on 3rd down we may have lost.

Many others were good.

MENDENHALL!

Not only does he have game, that boy's got HEART!

Mendy and our O-line. They dominated the 1st half.

It was pretty glaring though when Pouncey went down. The 2nd half we couldn't do anything. I now know why Pouncey was a probowler.

I'm guessing Pouncey is done for the year. We'll need Ben's best game ever to win this thing.

his return was questionable, I think he'll be read to play in 2 weeks.

Mendenhall by far, he carried the load for us tonight, had some tremendous runs that lead to scores.

Gotta go with the O-line here. They made holes, and for the most part kept Ben untouched.

The second pick was a terrible throw... my god the wr was behind the defense.. Ben couldn't make the throw it was his fault no one else's.

Mendy has my vote. It was his efforts in the first half that set the tempo of the game for us.

i'd say Mendenhall...he was a beast.
Watched Mike & Mike this morning on ESPN2 and even though Greenie is a big Jets fan, he was very gracious to us and his opinion was that the best player on the field yesterday...by FAR...was Ben.

Mendenhall. Ben is a close 2nd given the clutch passes.

Mendenhall, Ben, and a mention for Ziggy Hood.

Mendy was playing like a man last night. He made plays out of nothing at times and powered through for touch downs.

Ben was clutch as always.

I have to commend Ziggy for not trying to pick up the fumble that Gay ran in. Instead he saw that Gay was going for it and blocked. So Pro.
