i am glad.. but that line will move.. #2 seed vs #6 seed, Steelers have two recent Super Bowl wins and plenty of experience... we had a bad second half, but so did the Packers against 2nd and 3rd stringers.

I see this thing setting at even. All vegas wants is even bets on both teams.

Watch what the sharks bet on. That is going to give you a true, unbiased prediction.

Right now I think they are trying to suck in bets. Everyone knows the steelers suck in more bets then any team. Too many steeler fans that bet with their hearts. Most Packer fans can't afford to bet much $...plus there are less of them.

I'm a steeler fan that lives in madison wi.. This is about as even as it gets. I'm hoping our experience gets us over .

This could change quickly. Vegas is just trying to suck in bets. Maybe one or two people put in big best on the Pack? This is about as even as it gets.

I will say our one weakness is elite QB's. They can pick apart our secondary if we don't get pressure. I'd put Rogers in that category.

The line will move but I dont' see it going in Pittsburgh's favor. GB is healthy and they've got fresh legs at RB and very few injuries across the board. The Steelers are beat up and that'll continue to be the story line...besides the NFL wants another cinderella 6th seed, especially against the Steelers.

I would put them as 7 point favorites at this point. Steelers are in tough against that offense, receiving corps and that Dom Capers D. They won't be able to keep pace with the unbelievably talented Aaron Rodgers. Their only strategy is to own the clock and keep them off the field and somehow protect Ben against the marauding Bloodline dude.

2 weeks may or may not be enough time to heal but we have a chance to heal up as of now.

This will be a hard game to win. Aaron Rodgers though he did not play great today, did enough to win the game. Starks is capable of making big plays on the ground and the WRS, Driver, Jennings and Nelson all have great hands and can break off a big play. Their defense is also very stout, makes you earn yards against them, just like our defense. Should be a tight game throughout, I think we find a way to beat them at end.

The line is not about the NFL. It's about Vegas and those who bet against them. It's all about the $.

Vegas usually picks the winner. Their accuracy is pretty scary. I really think this game is even. We'll see.

I can honestly say I don't think the Steelers should be huge favorites. We'll need an amazing effort by our defense. If the Packers score early they'll take away our running game. It will be Troy's job to contain Rogers. It will be our front 7's job to get pressure on Rogers. He gets rid of the ball as quick as any QB in the league. Dom Capers knows what it takes to beat our defense. Both QBs are great. I really think this is a coin flip.

If Philly and the Bears can hold them to 21, what makes you think we can't. I mean they should have lost to Philly. Yes they are getting all the national Pub. But that defense is the same defense Ben lit up for 500 yards...remember that.

Ben was playing better then and he had a receiving corps that he was comfortable with and the team had Holmes.

GB will spread the D out and dish the ball out at will. AR is also very elusive. This will be the toughest test to date for the D. They have yet to see the kind of weapon that they are going to face in AR. He's capable of being scary-good.

As far as the O is concerned, sooner or later the pedigree of our beat-up O-line has to show up doesn't it? I can't see them blocking successfully on 3rd down situations. The Steelers have to try and play solid two-down football and that means keeping Ben out of 3rd and long. Ben cannot have another day like he did today. He was off the mark today a lot and made several poor decisions with the football. He fought through it to manage to do just enough to win.

This year has been the year of the ugly win. Can they win ugly one more time? I don't know?...I tend to think not but stranger things have happened. The Steelers will have to dig deep and really try to play their best game to be able to stand toe-to-toe with the high powered Pack.

The Bears defense held them to 14, and they were in it until the end with their very inexperienced 3rd string QB who threw 2 picks, one returned for a TD by B.J. Raji. Ben won't have another passing game like today, and as already mentioned, Ben lit the Pack up for over 500 yards a year ago.

Really ? Then how come Aaron went barely for 150 Yds against detroit ? How come they couldn't spread out, or beat Washington ? Why did they score only 20, and lose to a cruddy Miami team ? Please, THRILL me with your Acumen ?

Why did we lose to the Jets the first time? Why did we lose to the last place Raiders last season? Teams lay eggs. It happens. Just watch the Saints vs Seahawks game.

The same Rogers that struggled against Detroit also lit up a good Bears and Atlanta defense. Knowing what Rogers is capable of, I'm thinking we are in for a game.

The next time Ben lights up a good defense will be the first time this season. So if we need Ben to "'light it up" against the packers I think we are in trouble. We will need to win this game by grinding it out in a tightly fought battle. If our defense cant keep the Packers offense under control we will lose.

When you get into the tournament that is the playoffs it is all about momentum and being hot. From what I've seen, the Packers are playing some pretty solid football in all phases. They got some ex-Steelers over there whom I respect such as the likes of Kevin Greene and Capers. The teams are almost mirror images to some extent except that GB definitely has the hotter QB at the moment.

And the offensive line...I just don't know how it is possible to hold the fort against the likes of that blitzing Packer D. If they do, it will be the greatest coaching accomplishment in the modern era. I still can't believe that they are holding it together as they are.

It comes down to match-ups as well and right now, you have to give GB the edge on match-ups on nearly every front.

Forget the Atlanta game cause that's a miage. If it weren't for that pick right before the half, that game would have looked alot different. Okay, stats wise Aaron looks good. But what about total points ? 21 to both Philly and the Bears ? Sorry dude but the one thing I think you, and everybody forgets is that of ALL the positions that give the steelers trouble is the opposing TE. Even I have to admit that. Last year is WAS J.Finely who killed our defense last year. Even though again Troy, Aaron, Ziggy, and Timmons ( After the 1st quarter )..did not play. Finely being out is huge. Cause we faced ALL their WR's last year, and without their TE, they can be held.

They barely beat a third string nobody this afternoon. Their win over the Bears was far from impressive.

Yes, I hope they can hold them on points for sure but keep in mind, this game will be on the carpet with no breeze whatsoever. AR is capable of being scary-good indoors and I'm not talking about stats, it's the way he plays the game. He's got a lightning quick release and can throw it on the run with incredible accuracy and ease. I'm just glad I'm not a D co-ordinator because he presents a lot of challenges.

Having said that, the reason I am not so much concerned for the D but more so for the offense for I know that this year's edition of the Steelers offense has a tendency to sputter and even turn the ball over of late. They simply cannot do that against the likes of that team on that carpet in the Living Room.

Also, I am fine with them being the under-dog. In fact, I think they are deservedly so. They have struggled to play complete games this year. The one solid complete game that they had was the final one against the Browns.

Well that was against a division rival and in harsh weather conditions and yes, it certainly has revealed some chinks in their armor. If you can get to AR, you got to make him pay the price. The thing that worries me for the SB is that it's on carpet.

What exactly have the Steelers been playing in? The Steelers have been putting some beautiful drives together of late, if you haven't noticed, and against defenses that aren't exactly slouches.
