I got a message today about a "pep rally" at Heinz field this Friday. Which got me to wondering, can Heinz Field play the Super Bowl on the JumboTron, and admit fans into the stadium to watch? Or is that against NFL policy?

If anything, they'd do it at the Consol. I know in '08 during the Stanley Cup Finals (the first one against the Wings) they were showing the away games and the Igloo for $5 a seat and the proceeds went to Lemieux's foundation.

I've never heard of them doing it for Superbowls though....it would be neat.

I would sure love to be there. Guess I'll have to have my own pep rally at home during the Super Bowl.
