Who will be this year's Super Bowl MVP? I read more than a few columns saying it was Ben's turn, after watching his receivers grab it from him the last two times. I'm not so sure. I think the Rashard Mendenhall Era officially begins this Sunday.

Who do you think is going to get it?

If Ben can keep his focus on football and not get enveloped in the media circus regarding his offseason crap, he'll earn it hands down. He fights his hardest after being shunned. Plus, with his low qb rating from the AFCCG he has something to prove. I hope he comes out and punches the Packers in the mouth and shuts up the effing media.

I have a feeling James Harrison forces a couple fumbles and maybe even recovers one for six.

I voted Wallace because they will never give it to Ben. Although, I like Mendy's chances... I loved to see someone on defense get it but that really never happens.

My heart wants Big Ben, but my head says Mendy so that's who I voted for. I think he can have a big game against the Packers' run defense. I REALLY hope I'm wrong and it's Ben, though, just to see Goodell have to hand him an MVP trophy.

I tell ya I think Ben is gonna have a great game this go'round. But I also
believe that this Defense Must Make Some Huge Plays
for us to win. Also, dont forget about TE Heath Miller, he had a huge game vs
the Packers in '09. But I really think it could come down to Ben Roethlisberger or a WR . . maybe Hines Ward again or Mike Wallace. But it Doesnt matter to me at
all who gets the MVP of this game as long as the Steelers
bring Lombardi Trophy Number 7 back
to Pittsburgh where the Rooney
Trophy Belongs . .
:tt02:
p.s.
You dont really think the Packers are gonna let the Steelers run the ball like the Jets did do ya? I dont see it myself.

Wallace blew through 350 yards for me yesterday on all madden, lol. Ben got it though for passing for 7 tds and 500 yards in a shoot out.

Ben all the way.

John Kuhn:sofunny:

ricardisimo should be taken out back and shot for not including him in the poll.

kuhn is the only man alive who can possibly take on brett keisels beard. i expect him to come out with a blue ox and an ax and try and chop it down.

Antonio Brown - WR Pittsburgh Steelers.

He will return a KO for TD. And catch one TD from Ben.
The kid has the hot hands recently.

In the thread regarding Keisel's beard, I said the BEARD would win the MVP trophy. So I guess I need to say that here as well. Forget it Ben, you're going to be get beat out by the BEARD ... which also needs added to the poll. :tt03:

I hope Ben wins it. I hope Disney will let him do the commercial. When Ray Lewis won it, they had Trent Dilfer do Disney. lol Hopefully since Ben was never charged, things will be different.

Ben will get it, leaving it undisputed that he deserves to be in the upper echilon (sp?) of greatest QB's currently playing, and also showing his growth over his career to becoming a clutch QB.

If not him, Hines will nab it, putting a staple into his HOF career, getting him to Canton faster that the other historic WR's

Kuhn would have been good, and I was tempted to put Arnaz Battle on the list as well. But seriously... how the hell could I have left Mewelde Moore off the list? What the **** was I thinking? He's going to have five or six catches for 150 yards and two TDs. (http://forums.steelersfever.com/showthread.php?p=912669#post912669)

I really hope Ben wins it. I'm so annoyed. I know Troy is a great player but to put Rodgers vs Troy on the big entrance instead of verses Ben gets my blood boiling. I guess Ben is too controversial to get blown up. Irregardless, he is still our general and if you show the other team's general, you must match him against Ben.

SteelKnight

In order for Ben to win, each receiver will need to be different for his TDs...maybe one to Heath, Ward, Wallace, Sanders. They are so against Ben that if any receiver gets 2 TDs that receiver will win MVP over Ben.
