We've heard how the number "7" keeps coming up in all sorts of weird places for the Steelers this season. Now how about this. If you add up the scores of the 7 Super Bowls the Steelers have played in, the points for and against, from the 16-6 in IX to the 27-23 in XLIII, you get 168 points for and 133 against. Divide each of these totals by 7 and you get, exactly, no decimals...24-19. That's right. The average score, to a dot, of the Steelers' 7 Super Bowl appearances is precisely the score we beat the Jets by in the title game 2 weeks ago.

An omen for tomorrow. In other words: HERE WE GO!!!

See?

There's a reason why "fan" comes from "fanatic".

But I hear ya' brother!

I also get way too wrapped up in this team and start looking for signs everywhere.

We have to learn to just calm down and let the best team in football prove why they've won more Lombardi's than anyone else!

The last six Super Bowls have been won by the team wearing their white jersey. If the Steelers win, it will b SEVEN straight.
