Even with the loss of Marshall to C-USA the MAC has quickly become the QB Conference.
It's produced a Superbowl QB in Ben.....along with Leftwich and Pennington along with Charlie Frye getting the starting nod in Cleveland.

I think Getsy's a fine college QB, but I'm afraid he's too much of a gunslinger for the NFL. He takes an awful lot of risks.

I'm looking forward to the season opener... hopefully for me Getsy isn't at his best.

He's gonna break some of Charlie's records this year...the thing is, if his gambles pay off, he produces great results...I saw him falling onto his back and he literally threw the ball almost straight up into the air last year to avoid a sack. That is NOT the recomended call in that situation.

But his RB, Brett Biggs (now on the Rams roster, I believe) actually caught the ball and rambled for like 15 yards. It probably should have been a pick for 6 the other way.
