View Full Version : Season ticket holders...Please help

Hi,

I'm a long time season tickets holder and I've had something happen that has never happened before and looking for input.

My tix(like all of yours) went out Wed. I had a scheduled delivery of Thurs. Thurs. came and went and I tracked the order and it then said Fri. delivery. Fri. came and went and now it says checked in at New Stanton Wed., got original scan and never had any more movement.

I called UPS and they flat out told me they are counting this order as lost and I need to contact sender so they can start an investigation. What happens now? Am I SOL? Do the Steelers cancel the barcodes somehow and print me new tix? Do they just credit my account.

I'd call the ticket office and ask them what to do. I have left a pair of tickets at home once on game day end they were able to re-issue them to me that day. Charged me a small fee to do so though. I would think that thru will just re-issue you new tickets and invalidate the old bar codes. Won't know until you call them though.

They can invalidate those tickets. I doubt they will reissue hard tickets though. They will either issue willcall tickets to be picked up by you or you can sell them through the ticket exchange where they invalidate your originals and send printable to whoever bought yours. You can also email the tickets to yourself for $4 through the exchange. My guess is these end up showing up. Mine just arrived Friday.
