this is great. If you are going to be bad, you might as well be the best at it!
10-35 horrible lineup. most horrific pitching staff ive ever seen. its actually getting exciting!

when the tigers were on pace to beat the 62 mets a few years back jim rome was all over it. great stuff. the disappointment when they fell short and were NOT the suckiest of all time was classic. i think they won 4 or 5 of their last six to ruin their fantastic run to suckdom.

yeah, the worst would be being an anonymous 75-87 team ever year. (ooops, sorry)

but 38-124 would be HILARIOUS!!!!!!!

hang in there. The Tigers have not done anything for many years or so I hear. I am not a baseball fan at all but living in MI, I hear how great the Tigers are doing, at least for now.

In lansing we have the Blue Jays farm team as our minor league team, now those are fun games. I have been to Pro baseball games (1) before and it was very boring to me.

How did the Royals get to be that bad for that long??

I saw something in the Post-Gazette saying the Pirates' problem is a horrible farm system. It gave a list of players developed by the Pirates who've hit 20+ homers in a season, and it was about as long as a list of French military victories.

Of course, it doesn't help that Pirates pitchers always suck, even if they do better everywhere else (ie Jason Schmidt).

bad owner, bad GM, bad manager. but mostly horrible owner.
