Lets face it Big Ben is the most prolific qb in the NFL so if he gets a few more rings but doenst ever make it to a probowl is he still a hall of famer.

??? :blah:

He is the most wonderfully successful 2nd soon to be 3rd year QB. Nothing more.
You are so far ahead of reality its hard to discuss.

As of right now, no. If Ben does get a few more rings and keeps repeating the type of seasons he has previously had with the Steelers, yes, even if he doesn't go to a probowl. It seems like year after year, the probowl is getting to be less popular around the league. But, next year, Ben is going to be in the Probowl, so it's really pretty much a mood point.

A little to early to be talking Hall of Fame for Ben. I know he is off to very good start in his young career. But lets wait at least 5 more years before debating if Ben should be a Hall of Famer.

Odds are if you're a hall of famer, you're gonna accidentally make it to at least one pro bowl.

yeah, 2 more rings and like Brady and Aikman, the winning alone will get him consideration for being dominant for a period of time. But he needs to play like Brady and Aikman, not just be there.
Ben certainly has shown the intangible, that he has "it", like a Brady or a Jeter, to do whatever it takes to make victory happen.
I actually thought i saw that in Chad Pennington for a while, at least in 2002, but something happened. the Patriots totally exposed him on that Saturday Night "Joe Namath I want to kiss you" game in 2003 when they intercepted him about 13 times.

wow, definitely jumping the gun here. I'm wondering how he's gonna play this season because that's all that really matters right now
