Hopefully the Steelers try pick him up, for the 2nd time in 2 weeks.

Jason Worilds aka Lawrence Taylor has been quite the disappointment.

You've never heard me defend Worilds.. how can anyone not named Mike Tomlin or Dick Lebeau make an accurate assessment in such a limited time frame?

Have you watched the last two preseason games?

I stated many times last year that I didn't understand the Gibson cut after week 6 of the season to save Smith's roster spot. I thought at the time Battle was the more logical cut if you wanted to save Smith's spot. That opinion of course was based on limited information. Just the fact that he was drafted in the 4th round and was good enough to make the team. What changed in 6 weeks? Well, we as fans never saw, but apparently the coaches did. Once again our coaching staff and FO looks like they did the right thing as Gibson has been unable to stick in the NFL with 2 other teams either.

My views last year were based more on need than that of knowing Gibson would be great. I knew we would need to replace Farrior soon and hoped Gibson could grow into that role by year 3. Coaches knew better, again.
