Hi there!~

Which lot is that for? The Gold Lot is closest to the stadium and most expensive for that reason!~

That is way too high, and I have never heared of VIP parking spots. Our lot it is $38 a pass, and if there is any openings that they have, game day parking is $20.

I have heard of them, they are season ticket holder lots, and they cost well over 100 bucks. They are the Gold Lots, I think together we paid someting like 500+ for 4 parking spaces. You pay 38 bucks but the parking lot you are in is quite aways from the stadium.

The VIP section gets you the best of both worlds, you do not have to leave your tailgate earlier because you are a stones throw from the stadium. Plus you are on top of a great band that plays awesome music. But the best part is, you get to see the players come in, they park at the stadium and it is a very short walk back to your tailgate. It is a funfilled environment.

I know what lots you are talking about. But, I never heared of lots just for season ticketholders.

As I understand it, the Gold Lots are for season ticket holders only. Obviously all season ticket holders cannot get into these lots but your fans who have had tickets for a long time are in there always have been. It is so close tot he stadium and you are really close to the players and their families.

Hi Dom,
Why don't you call Alco Parking and ask them then we can all know lol.

It is long distance for me to call.

Oh, it doesn't matter to me. I just want to know how they know that you are a season ticketholder. I know they give us an account card. And Alco Parking offers you parking passes upon availability, just never heared of it.

I THINK LOL:) that when you get season tickets you have priority or VIP over also purchasing a season long parking space. A seson ticket holder really should answer this because I am not positive all I know is that ever since I have been tailgating, the Gold Lots are for season ticket holders only and if you happen to get into the lot and are NOT a season ticket holder it is because a season ticket holder sold you his/her pass. That I do know to be a fact because I have been personally involved in it. I would call them but it is a long distance call for me and I am pretty sure I know the answer. :)

Well it is a long distance call for me also. That doesn't matter to me. I have been a season ticket holder since 92, and they never offered me a season parking pass to purchase.

So, where is the best party for tailgating?? Can i just walk in with my cooler and walk around, or does someone(security) restrict it???

Sounds to me like it is a question only Alco parking can answer.

Watch for my tailgating thread a week before each game. You can join us. And no, security doesn't restrict coolers in the lots.

If you are coming in from out of town, your best bet is to stay at a hotelwith a free shuttle and just park there. Plus, you do not have to deal with traffic after the game. Or, worry about the driver having too much IC...

I just bought a gold pass for 80 dollars for the home opener. I've seen them go for as high as 150 dollars, so i think i got a deal. I do have a question, for the home opener (night game) at about what time would you expect the players to arrive so we can see them come in? Also, someone said there is a band that plays? That sounds awesome!! Is it right by Lot 1?

You did get a deal and so did I, for the KC game I also bought one for Gold Lot 1 and paid 80 bucks then a 12 Fed Ex fee and a $28. "handling fee." Still inexpensive for the Gold Lot.

The actual players all come in by bus about 2 - 3 hours before game time, the opposing team also comes in on a bus. The players are required to spend the night prior to a game at a hotel. Then their wives, significant others start arriving in cars, vans, etc. You can easily see them and their kids.

The band is up by the porta pottys around Gold Lot 2.

Have fun I know you will!~
