Same here brother. My Steeler withdrawal is full blown. I can't wait to walk into the Heinz Field gates for the start of season. It can't come soon enough. OS, didn't you say you were driving here for the opener or was that somebody else?

I am not a fan of the no-huddle unless it is needed. Maybe if needed to spark an offense but I do not see anyone who who does it as steady diet winning Super Bowls. The Colts surely are not a great example.

In this era, an offense must pose significant variation of formations and run multiple plays for formations to see what defenses packages they will see. A coach in a booth can direct scheme and progression so that by half time they adjust a game plan to defense packages. Too much no-huddle can severly limit the learning of defensives total scheme for the day. I like knowing in the second half what we can expect to see. Obviously the no huddle also does not allow the offense to present multiple personnel packages.

Since the NFL has chosen to forget the rule on crowd noise, when the Steelers are away it is more difficult to get plays and coverages called at the line.

I think it also puts too much burden on a Quarterback to call a play and the coverage which was Manning's issue last year. The no-huddle puts too much on 1 person in a team game.

I do expect to see more no-huddle this year from the Steelers and if used smartly and sparingly in the regular seasons they can have it ready for the post-season.

Wisenhunt has proved he can call a game so let's ride that horse to Miami becuase he will be a head coach next year if the Steelers have a strong season offensively - which they will.

Who do you think will inherit the job from the Wiz - and please don't say Grimm.

Well I can't wait for the game against the Panthers the most since I'm going to it. Of course I'm looking forward to every game it's just that I haven't been to a game since we played the Browns in the 2001 season.
