They also claim to have two more Steeler SB rings, Bradshaw, and someone else they won't name.

I haven't checked Ebay to see if this has been relisted. I'm sure they'll sell, even if they are copies.

I saw the ring on Ebay. It was up at over 10,000 last time I checked (which was yesterday).

A co-worker was telling me about this at work today. She said she heard that the player's name was on the wrong side of the ring, "authentic" was misspelled, and that the size of the ring was much smaller than Mean Joe would wear...(lol).

Do you have the actual description from eBay?

The owner of the ring (not Greene) pulled the auction off ebay. He is rewriting the description to let everyone know they are not bidding on Greene's actual ring. Last night the news said that Greene still has all of his and he doesn't know where that other one came from.

If a player were to sell a ring, I think it would be highly unlikely he woud use ebay.

No, he pulled it off so I had no way to get back to the description, might be back up there now though.

Sure enough:

Of course, the description is a lot different now. There was no indication that it wasn't real the last time, and they even pointed out their approval rating if people didn't "trust them."

Bradshaw has all of his rings on display at Loisiana Tech University.

"We are not representing this to be Joe Greene?s personal ring." Okayyyy...(lol).

Thanks for the update, BBC.
