the season couldnt have ended any better for them. the 2 man slugfest ended exactly as you would want a championship bout to end, with the top 2 drivers finishing 1st and 2nd.
jimmie johnson being erased from the chase weeks ago was probably the best thing to ever happen to the sport in recent years.
i expect viewership and ratings to significantly improve next season.
