The night before, mix 50/50 barbeque sauce and Italian dressing (I use Dinosaur bbq sauce) and marinate boneless chicken thighs overnight. (Thighs are juicier.) Grill as usual the next day. I don't know why this is so much better than you think it should be, but it us.
