They have a sideline store in the stadium. Otherwise, go to a local mall & you'll likely find a store selling Steelers gear. Believe it or not, I went to a Wal-Mart up there and found a good selection too.

Every freakin' corner in town!!!

The strip is probably best, but not really close to the stadium. Station Square has tons of Steeler gear.

I'm in MD and they've rushed me stuff 3 days before a game :) Check em out. But yea, if you want just as good gear, go to Walmart - you just won't have the $125.00 jacket available to buy but they've always had good tshirts, long sleeve ts, cheaper fleeces and hoodies

I was also an out-of-towner in Pitt for the Ravens game. I went with my girlfriend, who was hellbent on buying up as much Steeler gear as possible so we did quite a bit of shopping. The stadium obviously has stuff, but it is expensive. Like was said above me, Hometown Sports at the Station Square mall is probably the best wall-to-wall place for Steeler merchandise, they have just about everything you could think of.

The Strip District I loved because it has all sorts of quirky, unlicensed t-shirts and other items, all for very cheap. I got a 2010 Conference Champs tee for $6, one that says "Pittsburgh Stoners" with three pot leaves replacing the stars on the logo for $6 (c'mon, I'm in college), and two other shirts for that amount: one that says "HEEATTHHH!!!!!" and one that says "Baltimore Blows." You can't find great stuff like that in the official places. But I would say try to do both.

If you go in Gate A there is a sideline store to the right as soon as you walk in (by the restrooms) there is another store at the end of Coca Cola HOF and there are two every so often on each level of the mid level. You can go to the strip down by Peterson Center if you want cheap, non-official gear (really cool stuff down there) There will be Sideline Store vendors outside the stadium as well.

You can't beat Hometowne Sports.
