Wow, guy's still in great shape. I've done that same exercise, but while lying on the floor, and trust me, it's a lot harder than you'd think. Just keeping your legs under control and not letting them flop to the ground is tough after a while. It's gotta be even harder while hanging.

he runs a gym or rehab place up near or in sharon. My girlfriends mother goes to him and my girlfriend gets to workout with him everyonce in a while

Wow - Kolb is still in great physical condition for a guy who is pushing or is over 60. Washboard abs and all! I spend a lot of time at the gym and that exercise looks pretty difficult and is not something I will try anytime soon-LOL!
