Setting up Avatar???

Can some please let me know where i can set up my avatar if im even able to.

Ive searched in the search options and searched in my own settings with no luck.

Click on "User CP" in the upper left of the forum.
On the next page, click on "Edit Avatar" on the left side.

Then you can pick a pre-defined avatar or scroll down and upload one from your computer or another site.
