It seems that you should be in the market for a new username, FA. http://r28.imgfast.net/users/2815/14/51/45/smiles/3135543967.gif

That, or you could always go with "Keep Arians" now that he's a Colt. :heha:

I'm on board with this. I don't want him anywhere near the Steelers.

Except maybe at quarterbacks coach, which is very likely.

What makes him a good QBs coach??

Caldwell was a four-year starter at defensive back for the University of Iowa in the late 1970s.
Caldwell served as an assistant coach at the University of Iowa, Southern Illinois University, Northwestern, Colorado, Louisville, and Penn State before being named head coach at Wake Forest in 1993.
In eight years, Caldwell had a record of 2663. He installed a powerful passing attack that set numerous school records (many of which have since been broken under his successor, Jim Grobe). However, his teams rarely ran well; in one year the Demon Deacons' leading rusher only notched 300 yards for the entire season. He only had one winning season, in 1999 when the Deacons won the Aloha Bowl.

I don't see QB coach material anywhere in there. I just don't get it :noidea:

So I guess this means that if we get an early start, we may be able to get him fired before he even coaches his first game.

OK now my head hurts.

If it counts for anything, I can call a pretty good game on Madden. I'm thinking about applying.

You should. If caldwell can get an interview, you can get a look at it!

Somebody needs to create a Fire (insert OC here) account. That way they don't need to change it when a new one is hired.

I won't ever be changing my name

It was up to Bruce Arians for me to get rid of this account. Mostly good situational playcalling, less headscratchers, and top 10 in offensive scoring (which I don't think is unreasonable considering the amount of talent on offense). None of that happened, so this sn is here to stay
