I'm not sure what I was expecting when he finally went public, but he looks good.

Still looks puffy to me????? I hope if he can swing a cub that he can throw a ball. There is know way Cowher would let him golf if he wasnt ready for football

I just hope that if he can dodge a wrench, he can dodge a blitzing linebacker.

To me it doesn't look like the accident he was in was that serious.

He was a minute away from dying, it was VERY serious.

And if you ask me, I don't think Ben is going to be the same person/player after this life threatening accident. I just do not think he will be the same.

WHERE'S THE TEETH?!?!?!?!?! Really, though, it's probably best that he doesn't have them... it makes him a real Steeler!

What's wrong with his eyes? In that interview it looks like they dilated them.

I think he looks pretty damn good for what he has been through, not really sure what I was expecting. I did notice his eyes too, looked like he had a "bleed" I think it was his left eye. That photo I am talking about is from the espys. He is very lucky and I think this will put his life in prespective (meaning in a flash everything can be gone). I hope he really is physically okay and that one good hit will not hurt him. But, I trust in him and everyone else that gives him the thumbs up. Hoping to get his auto at training camp. Side note...I'm so stoked to go to training camp this year and I cannot wait!!! It's all most game time, Here We Go Steelers!!!

Maybe losing some body fat will be a good thing in the long run. Its a totally different scenario, but look what happened to Lance Armstrong's career after hsi cancer battle.

Ben looks much better in his pic after the accident, in my opinion. He has chipmunk cheeks in his "before" pic...(lol). He looks more like a mature man now, I think.
